Just a few heads up, the no pictures rule is strictly enforced, no big deal though, it lets you live in the moment. Also, the ticket office is on the side of Buckingham Palace just off of Spur Road. The tour is also self guided with a video phone and headphones provided to use in the tour. Definitely worth the time!”

“Wi-Fi on bus was poor. When arriving at coach tour pick-up site, I was informed by Evan Evan’s tour guide that I had two bookings for same tour! Online system was giving error messages on Viators end…….screen went blank, so I repeated process. No knowledge that there were two bookings…..Viator and Evan Evan’s refuse any reimbursement! Had I been aware of double booking, I would have cancelled within 24 window! I made numerous attempts to contact Viators customer service agents (as I was on the tour bus with poor WiFi) no resolution! Contacted cs back at hotel and was notified this morning that neither Viator nor Evan Evan’s would reimburse!…”
