“I paid £60 for a table at a certain time that says included the meal. The menu was set which didn’t have many options on it and was just one course for adults and a brownie as a dessert. Not even a dessert for the kids. So I had to share. We ordered starters from the main menu £15 each! When I wanted to change my main course from the set menu they told me that the £60 wouldn’t be deducted from the total bill. Which seems very unfair. So I had to pay an additional £50 on top.”

“Hard Rock Cafe was fine, as per usual. However, this voucher was NOT worth the money. We paid £18:60 pp for a voucher for a 2 course meal and when booking, there was no menu provided. When we got to the venue we were handed the "gold" menu, which had NO starters, approximately 5 main courses (not including our usual - twisted mac n cheese with pulled pork) and ONE dessert - a brownie. We would never have bought the vouchers had we known this. We always buy starters and neither of us like that dessert. However, the manager spoke to us and allowed us to pick starters and also…”
